The September 25 27, 2011 Order also continued the status conference to December 12, 26 2011, and required a status report to “be filed fourteen (14) days prior 27 to the status conference[,] in which Plaintiff [was] required to explain 28 the status of the default proceedings.” Id. 1 1 Plaintiff failed to respond to the September 27, 2011 Order. 2 Since Plaintiff has failed to file any of the required documents and has 3 not taken any action in this case since the September 27, 2011 Order, 4 this action is dismissed without prejudice for failure of prosecution. 5 6 IT IS SO ORDERED.
