Hasty, et al., 13 Defendants. 14 15 Pending before the Court are Defendants’ Notice of Distribution of Settlement 16 Proceeds (Doc. 175) and the parties’ Joint Stipulation to Dismiss this Action with 17 Prejudice (Doc. 176). Pursuant to this Court’s Order (Doc. 174), Defendants indicate that 18 the settlement proceeds have been properly distributed and the parties agree to a 19 stipulation of this matter, with each party to bear their own fees and costs. Accordingly, 20 good cause appearing, 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED GRANTING the parties’ Joint Stipulation to 22 Dismiss this Action with Prejudice. (Doc. 176.) This case is DISMISSED WITH 23 PREJUDICE, with each party to bear their own fees and costs. All scheduled deadlines 24 and hearings are vacated.
