Plaintiff, Nora Lavery-Petrash, is proceeding pro se in the above entitled action. The

action has therefore been referred to the undersigned pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21) for all
21
purposes encompassed by that rule.
On March 30, 2015, plaintiff filed a motion for permission to file in this court
22
23
electronically pursuant to Local Rule 133(b)(2). (Dkt. No. 94.) Plaintiff’s motion states that she
24
has reviewed the requirements to file electronically, has the necessary computer hardware and
25
software and will comply with all requirements for electronic filing in this court.
