ORDER RICHARD IVES, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is proceeding without counsel in an action brought pursuant to the Federal Tort 18 Claims Act (“FTCA”) claim and First Amendment and Eighth Amendment claims under Bivens 19 v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). The matter 20 was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local 21 Rule 302. 22 On November 18, 2014, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 23 which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any objections to 24 the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. Neither party has filed 25 objections to the findings and recommendations. 26 The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 27 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 28 ORDERED that: 1 1 1. The findings and recommendations filed November 18, 2014, are adopted in full; and 2 2. This action is dismissed. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); E. D. Cal.
