He seeks 16 relief pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has filed a motion for entry of default, but 17 defendants have timely filed a motion to dismiss. Plaintiff’s motion for default is denied and 18 plaintiff must file an opposition to the motion to dismiss or this case will be dismissed. 19 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 20 1.
