Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly 19 erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not 20 appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to law. 21 22 Also pending before the court is plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time to file an amended complaint. Good cause appearing, the court will grant plaintiff’s motion in part. 23 Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1. Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration (Doc. No. 8) is granted; 25 2. Upon reconsideration, the order of the magistrate judge filed March 15, 2012, 26 is affirmed; 1 1 3. Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time (Doc. No. 9) is granted in part; and 2 4.
