ORDER __________________________________/ 16 Plaintiff’s motion for entry of default judgment came on regularly for hearing on 17 May 16, 2012 before the assigned magistrate judge. The matter was referred to a United States 18 Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(19) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). 19 On June 8, 2012, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 20 which contained notice to the parties that any objections to the findings and recommendations 21 were to be filed within fourteen days. No objections were filed. 22 The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 23 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 24 ORDERED that: 25 1. The Findings and Recommendations filed June 8, 2012, are adopted in full; 26 2. Maxum’s motion for default judgment, Dckt.
