Jopson by and through their respective counsel, hereby submit the 22 following Request for Extension of Stay of Further Proceedings and Proposed Order. 23 This matter was stayed on May 1, 2012 and August 22, 2012 pending the 24 outcome of a related criminal case against claimants Thomas W. Jopson and David 25 E. Jopson, Case No. 2:11-CR-00275-JAM. The parties understand that the status 26 conference in the criminal action is presently scheduled for April 16, 2013.
