The United States of America and claimants Thomas Wesley Jopson and David E.
21 Jopson by and through their respective counsel, hereby submit the following Request for
22 Extension of Stay of Further Proceedings and Proposed Order.

This matter was stayed on May 1, 2012, August 22, 2012, and March 1, 2013
24 pending the outcome of a related criminal case against claimants Thomas W. Jopson and
25 David E. Jopson, Case No. 2:11-CR-00275-JAM. The parties understand that the trial in
26 the criminal action is presently scheduled for December 2, 2013. For this reason, the
27 parties request that the stay be extended for a period of six months to March 3, 2014.
