This matter was referred to the undersigned on November 9, 2012 because

plaintiffs were proceeding pro se after their attorney withdrew as counsel of record. See ECF

20

No. 56. Presently pending is defendants’ December 12, 2012 motion for summary judgment,

21

scheduled for hearing on February 27, 2013.

On February 8, 2013, plaintiffs filed a motion for substitution of counsel. Good

23

cause appearing, that motion is granted and plaintiffs shall proceed in this matter with counsel.

24

Pretrial matters, other than discovery motions, should now be noticed before the District Judge

25

assigned to this action.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
