It Is Hereby Ordered as follows:

The discovery cut-off date for the parties to submit expert disclosures and reports

5 concerning issues for which the Parties bear the burden of proof shall be extended from February
6 1, 2013 to April 5, 2013.

The discovery cut-off date for rebuttal experts disclosures and reports to be

8 completed shall be extended from March 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013.
