No. 2:11-cv-2293 JAM CKD P
v.
ORDER and FINDINGS &
RECOMMENDATIONS
GERTZ, et al.,
15
Defendants.
16
Since the June 2015 settlement conference in this pro se prisoner action, plaintiff has been
17
18
granted multiple extensions of time to file an amended complaint. (ECF Nos. 94, 97, 99, 102 &
19
106.) Three times, plaintiff has been warned that “[n]o further extensions of time will be
20
granted.” (ECF Nos. 99, 102 & 106.) To date, plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint;
21
rather, he seeks another extension of time. (ECF No. 108.)
22
In light of the above, plaintiff has not shown good cause for another extension of time.
23
Thus his motion will be denied, and the undersigned will recommend dismissal of this action.
24
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion for extension of time
25
(ECF No. 108) is denied.
