Defendants’ 20 responses to these discovery requests are now due on or before December 10, 2014. Good cause having been shown, plaintiff’s motion for a 30-day extension of time to 21 22 answer discovery (ECF No. 65) is also GRANTED. Plaintiff’s request for appointment of an attorney (ECF No. 65) is DENIED, as plaintiff 23 24 has thus far made no showing of the good cause or extraordinary circumstances needed to justify 25 such an appointment. See Palmer v.
