the motion. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, within twenty-one days

20

after the filing date of this order, plaintiff shall file and serve an opposition to the motion for

21

summary judgment or a statement of non-opposition. Failure to comply with this order will result

22

in the dismissal of this action without prejudice for failure to prosecute, pursuant to Federal Rule

23

of Civil Procedure 41(b).
