Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant

to 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983. On January 7, 2015, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause why this
19
action should not be dismissed for his failure to keep the court apprised of his current address.

On January 15, 2015, plaintiff filed a notice of change of address. (ECF No. 101.)

Accordingly, on January 22, 2015, the court reset the jury trial for June 8, 2015. (ECF No. 102.)
On January 29, 2015, plaintiff filed a response to the January 7, 2015 order to show cause.

(ECF No. 103.) In this pleading, plaintiff explains his failure to keep the court apprised of his

current address.
