Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s order shall be upheld unless “clearly 19 erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not 20 appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to law. 21 Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the 22 magistrate judge filed May 7, 2012, is affirmed. 23 Dated: June 22, 2012 24 25 26 GARLAND E.
