ORDER
/
On May 29, 2012, plaintiff filed a motion for reconsideration of the magistrate
17
judge’s order filed May 7, 2012, which dismissed plaintiff’s complaint with leave to amend.
18
Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s order shall be upheld unless “clearly
19
erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not
20
appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to law.
21
Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the
22
magistrate judge filed May 7, 2012, is affirmed.
