Since the filing of this lawsuit, the Department of State is in the process of returning the 21 visa application to the Ho Chi Minh City post for further investigation. The parties therefore 22 stipulate to a 90-day extension of time in which to file both the government’s answer to the 23 complaint and the joint status report, as the parties explore the possibility of a resolution at the 24 administrative level. 25 26 The parties therefore stipulate that the time for filing the government’s answer be extended to April 4, 2012, and that the scheduling conference, currently set for February 6, 2012, be reset to sometime after the new answer due date. 27 28 -1- 1 Dated: January 4, 2012 BENJAMIN B.
