SAUCEDA, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant 17 18 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On May 2, 2014, defendants Hart, Munoz and Rogel filed a motion for 19 summary judgment. (ECF No. 111.) On May 9, 2014, defendants Hart, Munoz and Rogel filed a 20 motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 114.) On May 15, 2014, the undersigned granted plaintiff an extension of thirty days to file his 21 22 opposition to defendants’ summary judgment motion. (ECF No. 115.) On July 10, 2014, the 23 undersigned granted plaintiff’s request for a sixty days extension of time to file his oppositions to 24 defendants’ motion to dismiss and motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 119.)
