Accordingly, the court will not entertain 19 oral argument, and will determine the motion on the record, including the briefing in support of 20 and in opposition to the pending motion. See E.D. Cal. L.R. 230(g). 21 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: 22 1. The January 5, 2011 hearing on the motion to remand, filed November 30, 23 2011, is vacated; and 24 \\\\ 25 \\\\ 26 \\\\ 1 1 2.
