Kellison took place to ascertain the current status of settlement discussions 19 between the parties. As a result of that communication, the court learned that the parties have in 20 fact reached a settlement in this action, the terms of which are summarized in the Settlement 21 Agreement attached as Exhibit A to the parties recently-filed stipulation to dismiss this case. The 22 undersigned has received and reviewed the stipulation signed by all parties. 23 ///// 24 ///// 25 ///// 26 ///// 1 1 ` Pursuant to that stipulation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1.
