Court will retain jurisdiction to enforce terms of Settlement. The Trial date and all other scheduled dates in action are VACATED. Dispositional documents, which shall at least stipulate to dismissal of case in its entirety with prejudice, shall be filed within 30 days of 3/19/2015.
