Pending before the court is petitioner’s motion to 19 proceed in forma pauperis on appeal. (ECF No. 42.) 20 Petitioner’s motion does not comply with Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 24. The 21 application does not include an affidavit that claims an entitlement to redress, and nor does it state 22 the issues that petitioner intends to present on appeal. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner’s motion to proceed in forma 24 pauperis on appeal (ECF No. 42) is denied without prejudice. 25 Dated: January 21, 2016 26 27 28 Bu3147.ifp 1
