The state action is summarily remanded to the Superior Court, County of Placer, Placer Auburn/Dewitt Courthouse; 2. The Clerk serve a certified copy of this order to the Clerk of the Superior Court 6 for the County of Placer, Placer Auburn/Dewitt Courthouse, and reference the state case number 7 (MCV0051554) in the proof of service; and 8 9 3.
