Plaintiff’s letter is construed as a motion for an extension of time to 19 respond to defendant’s motion to dismiss, filed November 6, 2012. So construed, the motion 20 will be granted. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff’s November 15, 2012 motion for an extension of time (Docket No. 21 22 15) is granted; 2. Plaintiff is granted 60 days from the date of this order in which to file a 23 24 response to the defendant’s motion to dismiss.
