Defendant Gould Medical Group’s May 17, 2013 motion to compel (Doc. No. 6 175) is granted as to Requests for Admission Numbers 35 and 60, and as to Special 7 Interrogatories Numbers 7 and 10, and denied as to Request for Admission Number 61 and 8 Special Interrogatories Numbers 14 and 19; 9 10 11 4.
