The case was held in abeyance as plaintiff filed a new naturalization application with United 19 States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Citizenship and 20 Immigration Services has now approved plaintiff’s new 21 application, and Plaintiff has been sworn in as a United States 22 citizen. 23 lawsuit, each side to bear its own costs of litigation.
