On May 14, 2014, defendants filed a motion for summary judgment under Federal Rule of

Civil Procedure 56. Plaintiff has not opposed the motion. See Local Rule 230(l). Good cause

appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within thirty days of the date of this order, plaintiff
20
shall file an opposition to the motion for summary judgment. Failure to comply with this order
21
will result in dismissal of this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
