Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel in an action brought under 42

U.S.C. § 1983. He seeks judicial intervention on the ground that defendant Nasser has not
19
responded to his interrogatory seeking information regarding where defendant Abraham may be
20
served with process. See ECF No. 47. Defendant Nasser shall file a response to plaintiff’s filing,
21
construed as a motion to compel, within 21 days of the date of this order.
