R. Civ. P. 41(a) within 60 days.” (ECF No. 23 14, 2:2-6.) 24 Therefore, a dispositional document shall be filed no later 25 than January 7, 2013. Failure to respond by this deadline may be 26 construed as consent to dismissal of this action without prejudice, and 27 a dismissal order could be filed. See E.D. Cal.
