Whereas, a status conference in this matter is set for April 14, 2014.
Whereas, the settlement conference before Judge Newman, that was set for April 11, 2014,
was re-scheduled to June 4, 2014 to allow the parties additional time to engage in meaningful
settlement discussions.
Whereas, the parties will be ready to report the result of their settlement conference with
Judge Newman after June 4, 2014.

Whereas, good causes exists to continue the status conference to a date after the settlement
conference.
Therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by all parties, by and through their counsel

2:00 p.m. The parties shall file a Joint Status Report regarding the status of the settlement
