On September 29, 2015, plaintiff American States Insurance Company

3 (“plaintiff”) and defendant Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania
4 (“defendant”), by and through their respective counsel of record, submitted a
5 Stipulation to Modify the Pretrial Scheduling Order and Vacate the Trial Date and
6 Pretrial Deadlines. Having fully considered the parties’ Stipulation, and good cause
7 appearing therefore, the Court modifies its Amended Pretrial Scheduling Order as
