Plaintiff Hat World, Inc. d/b/a Lids Team Sports (“Hat World”) and Defendant

2 Kevin Kelly (“Mr. Kelly”), by and through their respective counsel, hereby respectfully request
3 that the Court continue the Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Conference (currently set for
4 October 9, 2012) to October 31, 2012, or to a date thereafter that is convenient for the Court.
5 This continuance is being requested because Tracy Thompson, lead trial counsel for
6 Defendant Kelly, is scheduled to be in transit to Philadelphia on October 9, 2012, in order to
7 participate in a settlement meeting in a Multi-District Litigation matter which, due to the
8 number of participants, cannot be rescheduled.
