U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and DOES 1-50, inclusive, 20 21 Defendants. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 [PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY SETTLEMENT APPROVAL 1 Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Settlement Approval came before the Court on October 2 29, 2014. Defendant did not oppose the Motion. Based on the pleadings, papers, and arguments of 3 counsel, and good cause appearing therefore, the Court hereby grants the Motion in full. 4 The Court finds, preliminarily, that certification of the proposed settlement classes is 5 warranted. The Court also finds, preliminarily, that the proposed settlement is fair, reasonable 6 and adequate. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Parties’ Settlement Agreement, submitted 7 as Exhibit A to the Declaration of Matthew Helland, is preliminarily approved. The Parties are 8 directed to follow the timeline set out in the Settlement Agreement.
