Pursuant to this Court’s Amended Order, dated February 6, 2013, Plaintiff
hereby submits her Updated Status Report as follows:

On April 1, 2013, based on Plaintiff’s expert findings at the parties’ joint site

27

inspection, Plaintiff prepared comprehensive demands for injunctive relief as to the

28

subject facilities and served them on respective counsel for Defendants. Plaintiff still

awaits a response from Defendants regarding her demands for injunctive relief.
In the interests of focusing on settlement efforts, the Parties agreed to a stay of

written discovery and depositions until April 9, 2013 during their Fed. R. Civ. P.

4

26(f) meeting of counsel. Though this stay has been lifted, to date, Plaintiff has

5

abstained from propounding discovery as Plaintiff remains committed to working

6

with Defendants to resolve this matter.
