PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff CONNIE ARNOLD (“Plaintiff’) and

remaining Defendants COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO and SACRAMENTO
3
PUBLIC LIBRARY AUTHORITY (collectively, “Parties”) have reached settlement
4
on Plaintiff’s claims for attorneys’ fees and costs, obviating the need for Plaintiff to
5
file any motion for fees and costs. Once the Parties finalize and execute the
6
monetary settlement agreement, and Plaintiff is in receipt of the settlement payment,
7
a dismissal as to the entire action will be filed.
