Roland, 154 F.3d 952, 957 (9th 19 Cir. 1998). Defendants provided “Rand notice” on November 13, 2013, after plaintiff filed his 20 opposition to their motion for summary judgment. 21 Good caused appearing, IT IS HERBY ORDERED that: 22 1. Plaintiff is granted 30 days within which to file an amended opposition to defendants’ 23 motion for summary judgment.
