and Rick Braziel's Stipulation to grant Plaintiff leave to file the Second Amended Complaint and

over the age of 18 years and not a party to the within cause; my business address is Miller Law,

On the date below, I served the within ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF LEAVE TO

process and deposit a true copy thereof enclosed in this action as follows:

overnight delivery carrier and addressed as above. I placed the envelope or package for collection and
overnight delivery at an office or a regularly utilized drop box of the overnight delivery carrier.

BY FACSIMILE: Based on an agreement of the parties to accept service by fax transmission, I faxed the
documents to the person at the fax numbers listed on the service list. The telephone number of the sending
facsimile machine was (916) 351-1244. The sending facsimile machine issued a transmission report
confirming that the transmission was complete and without error. A copy of that report is attached.

parties to accept service by e-mail or electronic transmission, I caused the documents to be sent to the
