The telephone number of the sending facsimile machine was (916) 351-1244. The sending facsimile machine issued a transmission report confirming that the transmission was complete and without error. A copy of that report is attached. ☐ BY EMAIL OR ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION: Based on a court order or an agreement of the parties to accept service by e-mail or electronic transmission, I caused the documents to be sent to the persons at the e-mail addresses listed in the service list.
