On November 19, 2012, the court granted plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma

pauperis and directed plaintiff to submit documents to the United States Marshal, within fourteen
20
days, for service of process. Plaintiff was ordered to file with the court a statement indicating the
21
date on which the documents were submitted to the United States Marshal within five days of
22
submitting those documents. The combined nineteen-day time period has expired, and plaintiff
23
has not filed the required statement.

Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff shall show cause
