BUNNELL, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se on a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 17 18 § 1983. In a letter filed on March 26, 2015, plaintiff indicates that he is going to commit suicide 19 by hanging himself or cutting his wrists. ECF No. 231.1 This is not plaintiff’s first threat of 20 suicide. ECF Nos. 151, 152, 219. Given the seriousness of plaintiff’s threats, the court will order 21 that within twenty-four hours of receiving this order, the Office of the Attorney General and 22 Deputy Attorney General Kelli Hammond shall ensure plaintiff’s letter (ECF No. 231) is 23 forwarded to the appropriate mental health staff at the institution at which he is incarcerated.
