The United States of America, Plaintiff herein, applies for an order of
21 publication as follows:

Rule G(4) of the Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims
23 and Asset Forfeiture Actions (hereafter "Supplemental Rules") provides that the
24 Plaintiff shall cause public notice of the action to be given in a newspaper of general
25 circulation or on the official internet government forfeiture site;

Local Rule 171, Eastern District of California, provides that the Court
27 shall designate by order the appropriate newspaper or other vehicle for publication;

The defendant Approximately $97,972.70 in U.S. Currency seized from

1 Safe Credit Union Business Checking Account Number 499150, held in the name
2 Indoor Sun and Garden ("defendant funds") was seized on August 7, 2012 in
3 Sacramento, in Sacramento County, California.

The United States proposes that publication be made as follows:

One publication;

Thirty (30) consecutive days;

On the official internet government forfeiture
site www.forfeiture.gov;
