On March 6, 2014, this Court approved the parties’ stipulation to extend time (ECF No. 50)

for Defendants to respond to Plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction. (ECF No. 37.) The

22

parties have continued to work collaboratively to resolve the issues underlying Plaintiff’s motion

23

without Court intervention.

While the parties have made progress toward resolving the issues raised in Plaintiff’s

25

motion, the parties agree that additional time to attempt to resolve those issues is reasonable and

26

warranted.
