This action proceeds pursuant to the deadlines set forth in the 19 scheduling order issued February 21, 2014 (ECF No. 21); also pending is a motion to dismiss 20 filed by defendant Dernoncourt (ECF No. 19), which requires plaintiff’s response. On February 21 24, 2014, plaintiff filed a notice of change of address, stating that he had been moved from High 22 Desert State Prison (HDSP) to Kern Valley State Prison (KVSP). (ECF No. 22.) Plaintiff also 23 filed a “Request for Judicial Intervention,” seeking the transfer of his legal materials. (ECF No. 24 23.)
