Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42

U.S.C. ยง 1983. On September 26, 2014, defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. ECF
20
No. 74. Plaintiff has not opposed the motion. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY
21
ORDERED that, within thirty days after the filing date of this order, plaintiff shall file and serve
22
an opposition to the motion for summary judgment or a statement of non-opposition. Failure to
23
comply with this order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed without
24
prejudice for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
