(“Defendants”), by 3 and through their respective counsel of record, enter into the following stipulation, based upon the 4 recitals below: 5 1. On June 28, 2013, Defendants filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ complaint based 6 on a mandatory forum selection clause (Dkt. #12) and a motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ complaint 7 based on forum non conveniens (Dkt. #15). 8 9 10 2. The hearings on Defendants’ motions are currently scheduled for August 21, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. 3.
