Plaintiff SHAWNA A. TERPSTRA and defendant SOUTHWEST AIRLINES CO., by and

24 through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate to continue the Final Pretrial Conference which is
25 presently scheduled for May 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., due to a scheduling conflict of counsel for
26 plaintiff. The parties stipulate to move the hearing date to June 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 2
27 of the above-entitled court. The parties also agree that moving the date of the Final Pretrial
28 Conference will not adversely affect the trial date of August 26, 2014. Further, the parties agree
