SERVICING, INC., DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR

AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH

CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-7, and POWER DEFAULT SERVICES (together, “Defendants”)
