IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED between parties through counsel of record, Plaintiffs

Welenco, Inc. and Water Well Technology, Inc., represented by their attorney of record, Glenn W.

Peterson, Defendant Mark Sharpless, through his attorney of record, Frank Crum, Defendants Craig
