Nunley 22 Defendant. 23 The following Stipulation is entered into by and between Plaintiff Robert 24 Dodson (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Gold Country Foods, Inc. dba Taco Bell 25 #2416 (“Defendant”) (collectively the “Parties”): 26 WHEREAS, on October 15, 2014, during the Settlement Conference in 27 this matter the Parties were able to reach a settlement in principal and have now 28 agreed upon the terms of the Parties’ Settlement Agreement. Stipulation and Order to Continue Date to File Dispositional Documents -1- 1 WHEREAS, the terms of the Parties’ Settlement Agreement provide that 2 Defendant shall make the full settlement payment in two separate payments 3 with the final payment to be paid within one hundred eighty (180) days of the 4 first payment in this matter. 5 WHEREAS, the terms of the Parties’ Settlement Agreement further 6 provide that Plaintiff shall file a Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice within 7 five (5) days of receiving the full settlement sum. 8 WHEREAS, during the October 15, 2014 Settlement Conference the 9 Parties and the Court agreed to having the Court retain jurisdiction over this 10 matter for purposes of enforcing the settlement. 11 THEREFORE, the Parties jointly stipulate and request that this Court 12 enter an order as follows: The last date to file dispositional documents be 13 continued, for at least one hundred ninety (190) days to allow for the Parties to 14 fulfill their obligations under the terms of the Settlement Agreement in this 15 matter. 16 17 IT IS SO STIPULATED.
