Newman has been randomly selected as the settlement judge. A settlement conference is

scheduled before Judge Newman for October 28, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom No. 25, 8th

The parties are directed to submit their confidential settlement conference

Statements are due at least seven (7) days prior to the Settlement Conference. Each party is

reminded of the requirement that it be represented in person at the settlement conference by a
