Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant

to 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983. The court determined that this case would benefit from a settlement
20
conference and referred the case to Magistrate Judge Michael J. Seng to conduct a settlement
21
conference at California State Prison, Corcoran, on June 24, 2016. (ECF No. 72.) The case did
22
not settle. (ECF No. 75.) The court will set a further telephonic settlement conference for
23
September 16, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., before Magistrate Judge Michael J. Seng.

In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
